Avec une dette qui d\u00e9passe 3 millions d\u2019euros, la situation budg\u00e9taire de Largenti\u00e8re est d\u00e9grad\u00e9e. La dette r\u00e9duit fortement les marges de man\u0153uvre de la collectivit\u00e9. Elle atteint ainsi 1909 \u20ac par habitant : c\u2019est trois fois plus que la moyenne des communes de taille comparable (communes de 500 \u00e0 2000 habitants). Ainsi, la capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9sendettement de la commune avoisine les 12 ans, un seuil critique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preuve que la municipalit\u00e9 privil\u00e9gie les projets co\u00fbteux aux d\u00e9pens des besoins de la population, les charges de personnel apparaissent relativement peu importantes (36% du total des d\u00e9penses de fonctionnement, contre 45% pour les communes de taille comparable), ce qui traduit en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 la faiblesse des services propos\u00e9s \u00e0 la population, services qui pourraient pourtant \u00eatre source de recettes et d\u2019autofinancement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une mauvaise gestion qui va malheureusement \u00eatre aggrav\u00e9e par la hausse des prix de l\u2019\u00e9nergie et l\u2019inflation, les collectivit\u00e9s n\u2019\u00e9tant pas prot\u00e9g\u00e9es par le bouclier tarifaire dont b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient les m\u00e9nages.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Cantine scolaire : nos enfants, leur priorit\u00e9 ?<br><\/strong>Dans le budget primitif 2022, la majorit\u00e9 actuelle n\u2019a pas anticip\u00e9 la hausse des prix qui touche la restauration scolaire. Alors que la hausse moyenne du co\u00fbt d\u2019un repas est estim\u00e9e \u00e0 10 %, elle a pr\u00e9vu d\u2019y consacrer 24 000 euros, un budget identique \u00e0 celui de l\u2019exercice pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Le surco\u00fbt sera-t-il support\u00e9 par les familles ? <br><br>Preuve que tout est affaire de choix, notre commune, qui promeut pourtant la gastronomie, a consacr\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de 60 000 euros en 2021, plus de deux fois plus, \u00e0 la vid\u00e9osurveillance. <br><br>Dans un contexte de flamb\u00e9e des prix et parce que le go\u00fbt est aussi une affaire d\u2019\u00e9ducation, de nombreuses communes r\u00e9interrogent aujourd&rsquo;hui leur mod\u00e8le de restauration scolaire, en retravaillant le contenu de l\u2019assiette (plus v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et avec plus de produits bruts, moins co\u00fbteux que les produits transform\u00e9s), en favorisant les sources d\u2019approvisionnement locales de qualit\u00e9 et les circuits courts, moins sensibles \u00e0 la hausse des prix, et en luttant contre le gaspillage alimentaire.
